Following her solo show High Voltage with us in 2021, Jolene Pascoe has been very productive in her studio – creating new imagery, testing out new techniques and experimenting with new colour combinations. Using her vast skill base, Jolene has again worked her printmaking magic onto glass, acrylic and wood surfaces, layering multiple screen prints of flowers, foliage and New Zealand memorabilia, to create each individual piece. The works in Atomic continue to explore her joyful memories of growing up in Aotearoa in the 1970-80’s and the values instilled in her by her parents. These values and memories remain the backbone of her retro inspired works.

Please note that the works are highly reflective which doesn’t always translate well in a photograph! If there is a work you are particulary interested in we will happily provide a variety of photographs of the piece(s) from all angles. We also offer a video calling option which our clients have found very helpful when deciding on a work.
