Affinity - GROUP SHOW

Affinity is a curated collection of works celebrating the multiple connections we have with peoples, places and things - all of which are an integral part of our human experience.  At MD Gallery we are fortunate to share a deep affinity with art on many levels. From creation to collection, it is our privilege to be connected to so many passionate people for whom art is an essential part of life. 

Affinity brings together an impressive line up of artist from Te Tai Tokerau working across the mediums of painting, printmaking, collage, digital art, drawing and photography.  We are delighted to present Elsie Andrewes, Joanne Barrett, Peter Bradburn, Kathryn Carter, Lisa Clunie, Teresa HR Lane, Faye MacFarlane, Hamish Oakley-Browne, Jolene Pascoe and Leigh Tawharu. 

Please note that we have moved premises and are no longer operating a retail gallery space.  Affinity opens on Friday 30 June, 5-7pm and is also open for public viewing on Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd July from 9am-3pm.  We then move into 'appointment only' viewing until the end of July.
