• Jolene Pascoe

Jolene Pascoe is an experimental printmaker/artist who lives with her family in Whangarei, Tai Tokerau, New Zealand. Her art practice combines the mediums of printmaking and digital art to create bold, colourful works on glass, perspex and wood. Pascoe’s work is deeply influenced by the values of Manaakitanga, Aroha and Kaitiakitanga instilled in her by her parents, along with her childhood experiences of growing up in the1970’s and 80’s in Aotearoa. Working with and reflecting these values, she assembles nostalgic objects with her retro aesthetic to create vibrant, joyful contemporary works.
